It's melatonin, a sleep aid. It's made from all natural turkey extract, I'm a college student so it real helps, there is nothing bad about it it's just really expensive. Most people confuse it for Percocet because of the NB but Percocet has numbers melatonin does not

@rrrock: What is the homeopathic Migraine medication called? Is it for use during an attack or used more like a preventive-type Supplement? Very curious as I have Chronic Migraine & would like to try using a good homeopathic med at onset of an attack as a first line before having to take my Rx migraine medications. Thanks so much!

My research points to several different possibilities for a white round pill with NB imprinted on one side.

The first two findings are homeopathic remedies for allergies. One is a natural sinus relief pill made by a company called NatraBio... The second is an outdoor allergy relief tablet made by bioAllers. The third finding is an herbal supplement called Natafort made by Warner Chilcott Labs.

Now I'm seeing references to Melatonin and migraine relief medicine here in this thread.

Does anyone really know? Please post back if you do...

NatraBio (NB) is a tablet for leg cramps. It is scored on one side and has NB on the other.

I have a round white tablet that is plain (no scoring) on one side and NB on the other side.
It is from bioAllers. It is a homeopathic allergy treatment called Outdoor Allergy.
I have used it for years and it works very for me to relieve sneezing, runny nose and watery eyes.

That confirms the pill that I found in a shirt pocket. It is a remedy that I have used. It has a capital NB on one side, and is plain with no scoring on the other side.

*Various* NatraBio homeopathic remedies fit this description. I checked a couple different NaturaBio remedies.

I find that both NatraBio and BioAllers brands make effective homeopathic remedies for a wide range of allergies.
