I found a small round pill, off-white, almost tan in color. One side is blank and the other side is scored, with EL on top and 15 on the bottom. Can't seem to identify this anywhere.

Hello, Jack! How are you?

I haven't been able to find a listing for anything matching this description, either.

What is your general location? If it's an over the counter product, some of them are regional, so that may help to narrow it down.

I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

That is generic Naltrexone, used as an opiate antagonist for those trying to recover from drug or alcohol abuse.

The chemical deters the use of opiates or alcohol by binding to opiate receptors in the brain and prevents one from feeling the full euphoric effects of opiates if they were taken together.

Usually the user would have to be clean for at least a week before starting treatment, otherwise Naltrexone may cause intense withdrawal symptoms, worse than a natural detox from the opiate.

Taking this medication will not get you "high", but some case studies suggest that it intensifies the effects of marijuana.

Source: I was prescribed Naltrexone for alcoholism. I now only take it when I get cravings and it seems to help take my mind off of the booze, but its mostly just will power.
