I found this pill on my boyfriends night stand and am concerned.

According to the NIH the pill which you are describing is Cyclobenzaprine 5mg which is a muscle relaxant used to treat sprains, strains, etc. Do you know if your BF is prescribed this drug? I hope this helps!
