LNK International lists this tablet as containing 200mgs of Ibuprofen, it is a generic, or store brand for Aleve, or Motrin. It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is available over the counter.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach irritation, headache, and increased risk of bleeding.

Inactive ingredients may include:

carnauba wax
corn starch
FD&C Yellow No. 6
hypromellose
lactose
magnesium stearate
polydextrose
polyethylene glycol
stearic acid
titanium dioxide

Though they may differ, depending on the manufacturing facility.
