Round Green Pill G73
UpdatedI found a new Dr. after dealing with another weak kneed PCP whom at first seemed a good choich as he took me over from a "pain doctor" that I went to for almost three years but was tired of the look down on you attitude they gave thier patients. I was on 50mcg of Fent patch every two days, 60qty 15mg roxicodone and 150qty 10/325 Norco. I was almost managable in daily life. The new PCP would not make any changes to address managing levels. My wife stated I was becoming an A hole since on the Fent not to mention my hair began to thin. I self weand off the patch due to this and fear of its high risk. Yet even after discontinueing the patch my PCP would not make any increase to acount for the reduction in dosage of stopping the patch.He seemed too scared of the DEA. Well I needed control so I found a new PCP and she is very thorough and took the norco away completely and started me on a two week Rx of Morphine 15mg(useless) than moved me to Opana 10mg which I was able to get the Global Impax generic at 2x10mg every 12 hrs. and doubled my BT roxi 15mg to 2 every 6 hours max 90 mg day. felt some relief but not enough. She then increased the oxymorphone ER to 2 20mg every 12 hours and along with BT meds I seem to be getting a good continuouse relief from the pain. I already knew from past exp. with the plastic oxycotin ER that i would be sick from the plastic and she saw my history and wrote for the oxymorphone ER instead of the plastic Opana and having a Pharmacist that has known my wife and I for over 13 years he quickly ordered the Global brand and in two days I had my script. Same for the 20mg change. This Walgreens has and is the only Pharmacy I get my sched 2 from and I am never made to feel like a druggie or user as some will do to you. This is in Arkansas and the RX does say "Oxymorphone ER 20mg (Opana) "on it. But I think due to the Pharmicist making the decision I have no issue getting the generic. Also my Dr. said if I did to come back and she would write me a new RX to take back to the Pharmacy. So for now I am happy and until MMJ is open for business some time in 2018 I will pray this is able to continue. Also my new PCP is an advocate for MMJ which is a plus.
