Based on the description provided, there aren't any medications in the US listed under the name "Restrall". I think you may have meant to say Restoril 30mgs; which is a blue and red colored capsule marked with "RESTORIL 30 mg" on the red half and "M FOR SLEEP" on the blue half. The "M" is also inside of a box.
