I live in West Yorkshire England I recieved a booklet in the post about these pills which I thought may be OK for me to use so I rang the number and I asked the lady if they would be suitable for me with my problem, getting up in the night she replied they would be OK for me to use and would not be a problem. So I rang later to order some,I asked the same questions and he said they would not be OK for me to use. So I did not order any.

RemTyme is an herbal supplement, touted to help promote better sleep.

It contains:

L-theanine ------------------------------------ 200 mg

Melatonin -------------------------------------- 2 mg

Magnesium (oxide) -------------------------- 250 mg

Chamomile extract (2% flavonoids) ------ 200 mg

Passionflower (4% vitexin) ----------------- 150 mg

Lemon balm ---------------------------------- 100 mg

Hops ------------------------------------------- 60 mg

That said, since it is an herbal supplement, it is not actually proven to help with anything.

In addition, there is no definitive information on whether or not it will cause a problem with prescription medications or medical conditions.

That means you really shouldn't use it, without speaking with your doctor, first. They will be the only one that can provide you with the proper guidance in this situation.

I would say good evidence of this is provided by the fact that 2 different answers were given by company reps to the same questions.

Is there anything else I can help with?

I received the flyer in the mail, I have been plagued by insomnia for years, the guy kept trying to add more junk for me to pay for. If those are the ingredients, the melatonin by itself is a fairly good sleep aid.

If you have sleep apnea, you should get a snore guard from British Snoring and Sleep Apnea association. They are excellent and have stopped my sleep apnea and my snoring. They are excellent. You can buy them on the web from the association.

I noticed that hops was a major ingredient, which is a soporific and can be bought cheaply from herbalist stores.

I have tried REMTyme for three nights and found they did not help at all, did not sleep at all! I would like a returns number so I can return the remainder for a refund. Tried phoning but the number just kept ringing.

I too have used these pills. Supposedly they give it to astronauts to sleep. Some chance because they are absolutely useless. What you do lose is your money as I purchased some costing £42. I tried them for 4 days but I had terrible headaches so I stopped taking them, returned them to the address supplied in America and paid for Track & Trace Royal Mail report package mislaid but US tracking report had No such address. So no Refund. Well you live and learn. Don't deal with them OK.
