Rejoint contains Chondroitin and glucosamine sulfate...and both are from non vegetarian sources. If your particular about a vegetarian source. i would suggest Boswellia serrata (Available under the brand name Shallaki- HImalaya Drugs). Hope that helps...

I am suffering from the osteoarthritis since last 10 years. I have used food supplement called Osteo bi flex and now food bone strength and some other homeopathic and ayurvedic medicines. I have a pain and stiffness on my both knees. while walking and climbing up and down of the stairscases I feel an acute pain on my both knees. So if I start taking 2 rejoint capsules twice in a day after lunch and dinner, it would be OK for me or What medicines should I take in my knee conditions.
