can i take regestrone tablet to postpone my periods? Does it affect my baby since I follow breast feeding?How long can I take this medicine?

Regestrone contains the active ingredient Norethindrone, one of its uses is to postpone or regulate periods.

As to how long you can take or if it will affect your baby and breast milk production, I do not have information on that. this site is not medical professionals, so I suggest you speak to your doctor regarding these issues.

Some common side effects may include: irregular bleeding, nausea, headache and weight gain.

My Gync suggested me to take Regestrone tablet as i got early periods with in 21 days and suffering from heavy bleeding . She asked me to take the tablet 10days and 3 tablets a day. Will it going to regulate my periods? Are there any side affects to it as I am planning to conceive . Help me Plzzzzzzzzz
