Yes, this is manufactured by Teva Canada and they list it as containing 150mgs of Venlafaxine, in a time released formulation as Effexor ER. It is used to treat depression, and anxiety.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.
