i want to know the side effects of quadtab.. i started taking the drug a month ago...rashes appeared similar to dermatitis.

hi.. as to your concern about your urine, it is normal that it will turn to yellow to red orange, it is the side effect of rifampicin.

i am suffering from mycobacterium for tb..and i was given this medicine by our company doctor. at present, i am taking a different medicine. if i may specifiy, fixcom 4. the side effect is itching on my body; sometimes i felt i was electricuted on my thigh, arms, body and stomach. next week, i will be taking quadtab and i found out that there are several side effects. but i believe, i can be healed by this new medicine, because i wanted to be healed. the manner of taking drug is 2 hours after lunch, 3 tablets of fixcom4/quadtab and one vitamin-3mg heraclene. i feel, i am recuperating from the present medicine. but since, i was already a retired employee, it hard for me to support my medication, thus, when i went to our company doctor, she gave this medicine-quadtab...

ive been diagnosed for tb and was taking fixcom 4. but after a month, i had rashes all over the body. the doctor told me to stop the meds but they are really not sure if that rashes is an allergic reaction of fixcom 4 instead she reintroduced another brand which is quadtab.she even suggested me for hiv screening.but i consulted another doctor, only to find out that i dont have tb but i have pneumonitis. my ppd skin test and 3x sputum exams were all negative but she based her diagnosis with the symtoms like fever, weight lose, cough, etc. in short, i dont have tb and taking those anti tb meds are useless. but its true that one of the side effects of the fixcom or quadtab is having rashes/itching/pruritus.

i started taking quadtab today, my doctor prescribed 3 tablets 1 hour before breakfast. my urine turned to orange, is it normal?

Helo.may dad isnalso 77 . He is taking 2 tabs after 2 hours of brrakfast. He gain
His appetite but got weaker because of side effect. What problems us is he constantly pee espexiall.at night. We cant sleep bec we have to stay awake to assist him

The quantity of quadtab caps depends on your weight as per my pulmonologist which I am taking 3 caps an hour before breakfast, after a month rashes started to appear all over my skin day by day so far that's the only side effect I am experiencing aside from the urine coloring.

I also used quadtab even im not having a doctors check up because it is the medicine
prescribed to my brother when he diagnosed to have tb but i already suffered this disease because since i was young i have a week lungs..

I was 22 and a female at early age I was diagnose with TB in Spine. After draining of abscess this was the prescribed medicine Quadtab and I'm taking it 2tabs before breakfast and 2tabs after dinner for almost 2months now. These are what I notice specially on my skin.
1. I get dark like a little reddish
2. I have some little rashes all over my face
3. I gained weight easily

anyone pls answer my question because it's bothering me so much. im taking quadtab and theres a time my s*** (poo poo) is colored red and its like blood. What should i do? When i smell it, it's not like blood, but im not sure of it.

I took one quadtab 30mins before breakfast, but it is supposed to be 3pcs as prescribed by the doctor. Hay.. What is the possible side effetcs of taking that quadtab improperly? Will my PTB be treated after i took only one tablet that is supposed to be 3pcs? I need help. Thanks
