Prestiq Side Effects

My friend was on prestig and murdered his wife. He was a good hard working man. Could this drug have contributed to his behavior?

Pristiq is an antidepressant medication.

Information I was able to gather states that nausea is the most common side effect associated with Pristiq. I also retrieved that suicidal ideation was monitored and was determined to be significant in 1-2 patients in each study.

I am not an MD, however I do believe it would be best to immediately consult your doctor about this occurrence to see if Prestiq plays a clear role in managing your friends behavior.

I was taking 100 MG of Prestiq, 300 MG of Seroquel, and 150 MG of Wellbutrin. I slowly whinned myself off, but am having withdrawl side effects. How long will these last?

I have had the same thing go on. The withdrawls are bad. more so the nausea and tired feeling. The way I see it is this drug is wonderful to start and is hell to come off. I am trying to now and boy it's hard. I have weird feelings and nausea alot now that I'm taking it every other day for a while, then I will skip 2 days, etc. It really did help me though after a very serious case of post-partum depression. I was real close to being put in a mental hos.
