Hi there, my grandma has been to the doctor and she was prescribed the following drugs: Lactovita and amoclan. She said it's for a bug of some sort in my grandma's stomach, but i don't believe her. Any advice?

Hello, Leaky! How are you?

Yes, these are often prescribed for various types of bugs, such as stomach infections, or other types of infections.

The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.

How long will she be taking them?
