I've been taking prednisolone for 4 weeks.. 30mg/day for a week tapering down to 5mg for the last week. When will the drug be completely out of my system as I want to try and conceive

It would be best to wait about a month, or so, unless your doctors instructs otherwise.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, acne and insomnia.
