Hi gina,

Honestly, there's really no telling when or if you might ever end up experiencing certain side effects from taking this medication. And although some people are more prone than others due to their body chemistry, it's generally not something that can easily be predicted, if that's what you're asking?

On another note, you may want to have a look at prednisone's list of possible side effects (linked below) to help give you an idea of what signs/symptoms to be aware of throughout the duration of your treatment:

Yes my case of sumac was/is really bad but my eyes are open now I still have swelling I cant sleep and I cant drink enough fluids my throat is very dry I just want to know if the side effects stop once med is stopped
