Positive On Drug Test For Benzodiazepines An Im Not On Any Meds

i took a drug test 2day ive not had any meds but i failed the test wih benzoes in my system. how can that happen if ive not took nothing at all

benadryl did it to me. It was in the Tylenol PM!
