Polyps And Medicines Used For Bp And Diabetic

i am having stomach -hypo plastic polyps and suffering from hypertension and diabetics .My doctor advised to take the following medicines:metzok 100mg;olvance40;glycomet gp1-500mg ;storfib 145 mg and omez20mg cap.Now i am always feeling heaviness in stomach.my blood heamoglobin level has gone down and i am always tired and anemic . I am 62 years old .my doctor is not helping me. kindly advise me what to do?
