The tablet with the PLIVA 463 marking contains 10mgs of Cyclobenzaprine, which is a muscle relaxant. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.

A green, round tablet with the marking PLIVA 469 contains 40mgs of Propranolol, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and some cardiac conditions. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.

Is there anything else I can help with?
