Is it possible that the markings are IG 203? I located a pill with IG on one side and it's scored in the middle. The other side of the pill has 203, it is also round and pink. If this sounds like your pill it's Glimepiride 1mg, which is a medium-to-long acting sulfonylurea anti-diabetic drug.

The pill you have is Citalopram (20 mg).

Citalopram is an antidepressant medication used primarily to treat major depression associated with mood disorders. It is also used on occasion in the treatment of body dysmorphic disorder and anxiety.
