The tablet with the 44 456 marking is listed as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 10mgs of Dextromethorphan, 100mgs of Guaifenesin, and 5mgs of Phenylephrine. It is most commonly used to treat cold and allergy symptoms.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, headache, nausea, irritability, and dry mouth.
