Little yellow pill with L535 is 81 mg slow release aspirin. I think it's made by Perrigo.

This is an 81mgs regular release, low-dose, Aspirin tablet. It is commonly used to treat mild pain, reduce fever and for its blood thinning properties.

The blood thinning properties are also it's most dangerous side effect.
