Hi Angela,
I have also gathered information from the above description through my own research, and I think it is a generic form of Ambien (Zolpidem). Its MRF(medication request form) is believed to be identified as Torrent.

For a more detailed description of Ambien, please follow the link below...

Do you have any more questions or comments? Please post back if you do and I will be happy to assist you.

Are you able to post a picture of the pill? Ambien seems to be the only relevant product that I can locate, however there are only descriptions and no pictures that I can retrieve. If you or anyone else can please post a picture, It will be easier to match with any descriptions found.

If you can or can't post a picture, please post back anyway, as this drug may be one that is manufactured outside of the US and will require a more in-depth search.

Have a look at the manufacturer's logo, I think the 5 dots are modeled after it:

I agree with David - Zolpidem 10 mg.

I also have a couple of these pills, 10 mg on one side and 5 point dice on the flip side. I found that this is made by a company called Torrent Pharmaceuticals, these people are out of India and have a branch here in the US in Michigan. Contact # is listed as 269-544-2299. I have not called it so don't know if it is working. This is all I got so far people, hope this helps you all.
