Pantocid Hp Side Effect

i have been taking Pantocid hp everyday morning and before dinner in empty stomach half an hour before food for the last two days. please tell me the side effects,bcoz i have constant slight stomach pain and mouth odour is changed like metalic taste or what for this medicine breifly explain? please inform about diet

Pantocid-HP contains Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin and Pantoprazole, this combines two different antibiotics, with a proton pump inhibitor that reduces the amount of acid produced by the stomach.

It is used to help treat or prevent ulcers in people who have shown that they have or may have the H. Pylori infection.

The Pantoprazole can cause stomach pain in some people, if it becomes too bothersome, you should contact your doctor as you may require a different medication.

And yes, they can also cause some bad breath, as they are affecting the contents of the stomach and how it works.

If you had an ulcer, gastritis, GERD or heartburn, that could also be the source of your stomach pain.

As to your diet, you should really avoid anything acid or spicy, until your stomach has a chance to heal. This would include things like strong spices, vinegar, pickles and similar foods.

i was suffering from unclear symptom body and can not sleep well /dizziness/right side headburnig/ and loose concentration/ hole day unrelax up to 8 to 10 years. many medicine used & doctor but could not identify exact.
during this period critical pain i bear, when i feel stomach hard told to dr than , dr suggest taking pentocid i have much relief and sleep now deeply and full and happiness & relax.

I am taking the Pantocid HP from last 6 days, on the first day I had the burning in stomoch & 2nd 3rd 4th 5th day felt good but on 6 the day started burning in stomoch , any way I have completed 6 day course , out of days, can I stop this medication now, or can I contact to doctor on this.

I have had gastritis for the last 3 years and 1 month back I consulted a doctor for this. He suggested I go in for a biopsy. In that biopsy report, I have H-Pylory infection. He then suggested I take pantocid HP tablet kit and I have doubts about its use and whether pantaprazole should be taken 30min before food and/or after food?
