And no, this is a steroid class medication, so it could actually make those problems worse.

Usually, misshapen fingernails are due to some type of vitamin deficiency, which you should get checked for, so you know which one your are deficient in.

What do you normally eat? Do you take any vitamins, supplements or other medications?
