Hello, found this pill in my child's room and would like to know what it is please. It is round pale orange. one side is marked sp 1 and scored. the other side has a bow type symbol.

I think those bow type of symbols indicate an extended release form. It sounds like it could be Xanax, well Alprazolam, in the extended release form. See if the "bow like symbol" you're describing looks anything like the 'Actavis "R" logo' embedded on some of their pills.
