I have Sciatica, Spondeliosis, Degenerative Disc Disease and Fibromyalgia in both my hips & legs, I have had 3 sets of nerve blocker injections that did not help. I had a herniated disc, in my lower back, (scar tissue has entrapped nerve in it), intractable back pain, I have been falling a lot at home or if I am out somewhere. I get very confused and short term memory is really getting bad which is a symptom of Fibromyalgia, I don't want to go anywhere, I rarely see my friends. I feel like my feet and legs are running and my body is not catching up. I have also last year had left shoulder surgery for small tear in rotator cuff, bone spurs leaning on rotator cuff, osteoarthritis and fluid around the arthritis, 1 month after this surgery: I have what feels like electricity shocks from my upper arm all the way down to my fingers. My left arm is literally useless. It is extremely hard for me to walk sometimes or even sit for any length of time. I am very depressed and cry a lot. I have applied for Social security Disability, denied twice and had a hearing which is under appeal at this time. I am taking Cymbalta 120 mg a day, Clonazepam 1 mg 3 x a day, Gabapentin 300 mg 1 per day, Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 10/325 one tablet six times per day and amitriptyline 150mg at bedtime.

Hi I'm in the Hampton roads area and my pain management doctor is retiring. I've had a very difficult time trying to find a doctor who will prescribe methadone even though I've been on it for nearly 18 years. If you still have this doctors name and practice number please write back. thank you so much

I get 120 xanax 2mg, 2 30mg adderall a day IR, and subutex 8mg, and every time I run low or can find enough I take lorazepam and the drug panels no matter what benzo I take I pass. So for 6 years ive taken klonopin, valium, xanax, bromazepam, ativan and rohypnl and never failed. I've taken all on the same day as a drug panel. I'm supposed to have xanax show, and it does!

Your problem with your meds is the gabapintine, (sp). It’s the worst medication out there. Get off if you can and move somewhere they will treat your pain. Please!

Man you need more meds and with your own. Move to Greenville North Carolina. The doctors here are very good as long as you follow the program from the Pain Clinic. You need to probably be on morphine and you have acrophobia which won’t allow you to go out of the house my girlfriend had a lot of your symptoms and I have all the bone issues that you did. I have them controlled with just two pain meds and a diazepam for my PTSD. I also am on disability I was denied him to do anything with that but a lawyer in Greenville picked it up and asked me did I want to continue pursuing it it would cost me anything out-of-pocket just 33% of whatever I got back so I said sure and we went in front of the judge and I was granted it. You need to make a move to where you can get help you are too close to our nations capital who won’t do crap for you

I would like his number I just moved here and need a new doctor I have degenerative disc disease spondylosis herniated discs SI joint dysfunction numbness in my right foot tingling down my right foot I walk with a cane I'm disabled I am in good standing with my doctor can definitely get a referral just need someone to take over my pain management contract and write the treatment plan that is working for me now please if you can help me I would love the information of your doctor right now I am traveling back and forth to where I used to live and it's very expensive and not to mention very hard on me because I can't drive that far so I have to count on when my son is off work to bring me on a 6 hour drive one way any help would be greatly appreciated thank you so much

I feel for you. I have everything listed except for the fibromyalgia. My neighbor has it and she said it is horrible. Keep pushing your disability, every time they do not you will get it. I got mine within a year of filling out my paperwork. Along with that you will get Medicaid and Medicare. See if there is a silver script supplemental insurance as it will pay for your pain medication and all your other prescriptions. It’s an awesome program. You are void obviously if you have more extensive issues than I do, and if you don’t know why you’re falling down you need to follow up with your doctor as much as needed. Our hospital closed in our little county so we have an urgent care in my doctor's office - in the same place. I'm in the urgent care once a week because I cannot get to my doctor for an appointment. But when it comes to my health and I don’t know what is wrong with me I am going to find out. I have all my medical issues controlled, thank the gods. The pain never completely goes away, we just learn to live with that. There are a lot of homeopathic remedies which are natural. I would research them for your certain diseases and issues. I hope this finds you well with the doctor that can help you. Stay on top of your social security disability. They love to deny you, but eventually you will get it.

You need to consider talking to your therapist about getting OFF all Clonazepam. Benzodiazepines are what cause your memory loss, falling, and generalized anxiety. They are suspected of causing early dementia. It's possible if you go into a rehab, get off the Klonopin and opioids, you can participate in therapy that can bring about positive changes for you.

Please send me this docs Info, I am suffering from ulcerative colitis. I have recently relocated to Richmond and am having issue. Er will treat me for the night, in the morning pain is right back. I when in hampton roads I'm 75 mg fetyntol, 3 oxy10 mg a day to function. I am stuck in pain.

Hi,

I have asked about a few locations. I am from Canada and on a 18 month waiting list for a pain Dr. A new hip has lists that are 15 years long in some place. That is the major compliant about Canadian medical system.

Okay. I travel for work all over the USA. From Arizona to NY to Florida and everything in between. I just saw Richmond. I can buy travel Insurance. And get the most expensive $1500 for a week. And then go get all the tests I need as long as its not written as a pre-existing condition. Or I can pay cash. But that sounds hit and miss. I want to really know what happened? ie the real reason for the pain. I can't talk about it as it is a Medical litigation still going on 7 years and trial is in Feb. And the #1 rule with Dr's is never to write anything bad about another Dr. Even if the wrong leg was removed. They will say things, swear at the other Dr. Say I will rip up their License right now. But they will not write this down. Unless they are paid for by my team of Lawyers.

So I would really like to find out how to fix my issue's first. And if they can't which 5 surgeons and 15 Dr's have said. The surgeons say never get any inj's. into that area. And the pain Dr's say I can give you an inj. on top of the meds. But there has been the same crackdown. Similar I guess in Canada. To the point that now we streets are full of fake pills with a different opiate then what the pill is suppose to contain. I don't want to think about how many pharmacies have the wrong meds in them. I have traveled around the world and do not trust any Pharmacy outside of British colonies and for the most part Europe. Just walked into a Pharmacy in China and got fake/sugar pills before and a couple other countries. Mexico is okay at Walmart but that's about it.

So my question is? If you know of a great Dr. who will either treat me very kindly or try to fix me. 1 fix it. 2. give me meds equal to approx 150 mg Morphine or 20 mg of Hydromorphone or 80 mg of Oxycondone. I don't need 200mg Morphine 3x a day with 6 30mg Roxies for breakthru. I will go to a methadone clinic long before then.

So the other part to the question? Is how does it work in the USA? Give my Insurance I bought? Cash? My Medication list from a pharmacy from the past 5 years? I don't mind doing blood or urine. But to pay with cash for that is expensive. And all my meds are in a safe all the time due to a 3 year old. Locked up all the time like a gun.

So I am sure there is someone who knows a very good place to go? And I would be forever thankful. And the other question is? Is it legal to accept gifts ie $100 Visa card for a referral. Because if I could find a good pain clinic or Family Dr. PCP I think that is? Then I would be more then happy to leave a gift cert at your fav spot to eat on my way leaving every 90 days. Because I know you don't have to do. And I promise if anyone gives me the name of a place I will never tell anyone else.

And also can you go to one Dr and get a blood pressure med and then to a different Dr for your pain needs? That is not against any rules right? I know in Canada they will ask you no matter what it is that you got?
