Pain Clinics That Treat Out Of State Patients (Page 2)

Updated

Does anyone know of pain clinics that take out of state patients? Also looking to get put on opanas, or something like that. Been on loratab 1000's for 15 years and they don't do the job anymore. I realy hope someone out there knows someplace in GA or TN. Hope to hear from you soon and thanks.

So true! The ridiculous bureaucrats have created govt controls legislated laws and yall better get off your arses cuz before u know it pain meds will become govt issued by govt i****s for only those that they see fit and we know that wont be many UNLESS YOU FIGHT BACK! DONT SIT HERE N COMPLAIN FIGHT BACK! call ur area rep. In ohio I called and i got the info to email and to continue more calls. We have to pressure the state fed govt who are legislating these ridiculous laws on doctors pharmacies patients etc... Call email raise hell enlist others in your fight. If u do not you'll be like me in ohio, u go to the doctor oh he's suspended gone etc? Huh? Oh ok whose gonna fill my meds? Uh we can refer to to a new doc? Yeah sure... The new doc screwed all new patients let us go one by one like livestock.... The pharmacies in ohio some of them are starting the bs already by rejecting ur scripts of sched 2s if over 80mgs day as the i**** gov kasich in ohio has legislated to us livestock members 80mgs day as a median lol. Just watch its gonna get worse before better... Please enlist other and fight back. We need to unite...

I just moved from Fla to Ky last year and it was the worst mistake of my life! After moving here I found out the govenor, who is not a medical professional, issued an order to completely stop ALL pain meds to patients regardless of condition. 45% of the doctors have left the state and there's only 2 pain doctors in the driving area who even treats it. I've had RSD for many years and managed to prevent my joints/limbs from fusing so far by having good health care and strong pain meds that kept me moving. I'm now in a desperate situation with no where to turn for pain control. The worst state ever is Ky! Avoid it!

Nary a clue! Once these were compassionate pain doctors. Now they have become Medical *****s who do the bidding of the highest bidder... usually the govt.

I have malignant metasized cancer plus was recently in a car wreck that almost killed me. During my time of being medically assisted due to car wreck injuries of massive proportion the doctors found the cancer has moved to my thyroid. I will assume no one knows the pain of cancer in the thyroid so my only place of treatment is Florida. Now being completely disabled between cancer & severe damages of a car wreck I do not have time for games and my pain is unbearable to the point of lack of food, vomiting, etc. So when I enter the state I cannot afford to run back & forth to Alabama while I await approval of pain medication. So let's push the pety pain aside and how long will it take me to receive my narcotic pain medicine?

As a fellow Lupus patient, I AM APPAULED that you would even have the nerve to post such a statement. I do understand the aggravation of knowing there are people out there that are ruining it for people such as myself that really need pain medication. BUT FOR YOU TO SAY THAT YOU ARE TERMINAL IS BS!! Under your conditions then everybody is terminal you dumbass! It is correct in saying that there is no cure for Lupus and it is treated with some forms of chemo therapy, but it is not terminal! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU ARE NO BETTER THAN THE OTHER LIARS THAT YOU ARE ON HERE FUSSING ABOUT! YOU just set Lupus Patients back another 50 YEARS! THANKS!

Sometimes it gets so bad I wish The Lord would take me on home I get so depressed and unbearable pain is with me 24/7 it is like the air ALWAYS THERE NEVER LEAVES SOMETIMES I WANT TO TAKE A KNIFE AND CUT THE PAIN OUT but I know it would make it worse and if it gets any worse I am afraid of what the pain will cause me to do-S. When I relocated from CT to FL years ago my Pain Mgmt Doctor arranged referral to Specialist upon my move. Speak to your Doctor as it's imperative to the standard of care you pay for as well. It's medically necessary & legally necessary to follow step by step protocol with your medical professional to ensure high standard of care for YOU. God forbid u end up in some illegal pain clinic i.e.; guilt by association. Hope this helped you. Godspeed,

Re: Sharon (# 30) Expand Referenced Message

Hello. I agree 100%. If i could i would pack up and move asap. I'm in need of a pain dr. I was dismissed from my clinic in lexington for not updating my phone no. I just recently got for a pill count i suppose, but, i have herniated buldging, discs from my neck down to my lower back. Among other things, pinched nerves, debilitating pain. I'm depressed and my anxiety is through the roof! can you tell me of the 2 places that you know of? I know this post was last yr. but im desperate for help! Thanks.
