Updatedpinkish brown round tablet

I have had two prescriptions of Diclofenac Sodium Delayed Release 75MG for inflamation around in my chest and other areas. The first was a white round pill which said WPI 339. The second was a dark pink, or some color close, round pill that said PACK 75. I have a reasonable belief that both pills are the same, but are just a generic brand of Voltaren 75MG. I would NOT take this pill unless you were prescribed by a doctor for inflammation of a part of your body like your chest, tail bone, or somewhere else similar.
Pink round pill that says Pack 75
