Hi, I was used to getting bl, round oxy/roxy generic. Suddenly, and without discussion to inform me, I ended up with mixed order: blue, A-51, and blue, fancy italicized V on one side, and two sets of two-digit numbers, separated by line in middle on opposite side.

Then, I looked closer at actual bottle and did see small note that said different manufacturer, abbreviated.

Us this procedure pretty common in pharmaceutical profession? Both curious , as well as concerned. Should I be? Now, on a personal level, my belief has been that should there be a change, in any way, shape, form or fashion, that change (however trivial may appear) should be reviewed with patient.

You know, a brief note that may read something along these lines: Although color, shape, etc has changed, don't be alarmed. It is, in fact, rest assured that it is the same medication.

However, much of the time, those numbers are unfamiliar, and. I find myself researching on sites like this one. That's he I ended up here today, at the climax of my research. So, I thank the initiating staff that established it.

Could someone out there please assist me by shedding some light on my question regarding medication identification, etc.? This, as well as your time is greatly appreciated.

There are fake alg 265 in MN right now.... I was lucky enough to buy 5 last night. Took one and nearly puked. I have done my share and most of your shares of oxy and I can not even begin to guess what is in these little f***ers. Terrible taste, almost like a s***ty coke taste without the numbness. Felt like there was a tiny bit of opiate in it, but no where near 30mgs. More like 3.

I found a pill in my purse that's supposed to be oxycodone 30mg. It is small, round with a M (square around it) and on the other side is a small 30 with a line through the middle. I always take them in the color blue, but I'm confused because I've never seen them green or teal colored, but I would had never got them if I didn't know it'd be different than what I'm used to. When did they change their color?
