Oxycodone 2016

I've been taking Oxycodone 30mg for quite some time for 2 medical conditions. This month Feb 2016, I went to refill prescription and only half of the script was available. This is in WI. My pharmacy said they have no idea when they will be available. These are the small blue ones.

From what I'm finding listed by the ASHP, which is a pharmacists information association, there has been a shortage, but it has been resolved. However, it may still take a month or so, before pharmacies receive a new supply.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Is there anything else I can help with?

Thanks for the information . I've been on this medication or similar for 10 years .I understand the issue of the abuse and all. But I have always taken as prescribed. But I wouldn't recommend to someone that hasn't been opioid tolerant. To me why can't the pharmacies just be honest.
