APAP is just doctor/pharmacist speak for Acetaminophen, it acts as buffer in this pill for the Oxycodone and also as an anti-inflammatory.

This is a very strong narcotic pain reliever, a generic for Percocet.

I had my tonsils taken out and were given Oxycodone to relieve the pain. The pills were great but i did have some nausea and threw up the first time.
