I am taking oxetol 900 twice a day since last 2 and a half years...Now i am free from seizure disorder. Can i decrease my dose.

If you have epilepsy, there is no cure, so stopping this medication could result in your experiencing seizures, again.

What seizure disorder were you diagnosed with?

The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, and mood swings.
