Plz tell me what is the meaning of all of this...multiple smaal gliotic foci are noted in the right medical occipital lobe apperaring hypointense with peripheral hyperintensity on FLAIR....Altered signal intensity area is noted in the left pritrigonal region appeaing hyperintense on T/2WI/FLAI images and shoeing no postcontrast enhancement likel to be sequale to old ischemic insult....chronic gilotic lesions in ight occipital lobe...
