I have a yellow tablet with 15 on one side and nothing on the other. Can somebody tell me what it is?

Based on the description which you provided it appears to be Meloxicam 15 mg. You can verify an image here. Meloxicam is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug with analgesic and fever reducer effects.
