she was taking it for lung cancer, they did not tell her it would attack her blood system and cause unusual bleeding and abnormal clotting

Were you possibly referring to Alimta? It is most commonly used to treat lung cancer.
The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, heartburn, loss of appetite, dark urine, and easy bruising, or bleeding.
Donnitta, I am very sorry for your loss. Was she not given a side effect warning sheet? That is very odd.
