Olmezest-H contains the active ingredients Olmesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide, it is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure.

I had been taking olmetrack h 40 for a while but my doctor changed it to olmezest ch 40. I have noticed that since I've started taking olmezest, my pulse rate has dropped to around mid 40s to low 50s. Is this due to the change in medicine or something else?
Additional Medicines I take for BP : Nebilong AM (morning), Moxovas 0.2(evening).

i am taking olmezest H 40 and amlodipine 5 mg but my blood pressure in not control shall I increased the dose if so which dose shall I increase. Or there is any alternative drug I shall add if so let me know.
