Oblong Brown Pill Imprint 51

Need to find out what this is that was in my bfs car!!!!! It's an oblong shaped brownish red colored pill and only has 51 imprinted on it, so please let me know!

According to the discussion thread linked below, this is reported to be a 200mg Equate brand Ibuprofen USP tablet, allegedly available over the counter at Walmart.

And just to confirm it's an oblong redish / maroon pill with 51 on one side and blank on the other.

It is, most definitely, a 200 mg ibuprofen by Equate, sold at Walmart.
