Nurokind-more Side Effects?

I am taking Nurokind-more tablet for a long time, are there is any side effect? any good for health?

Nurokind-More is a nutritional supplement that contains a selection of vitamins and minerals, it is used to help ensure that you have enough of these vital nutrients, to prevent or help resolve some health problems that can be caused when you don't get enough in your diet.

As to the side effects, since it is not a medication, these have not been studied, however, some people have reported mild nause, after taking them.

This product contains:

Calcium 10 mg, Chromium 50 mcg, Folic Acid 1.5 mg, Mecobalamin 500 mcg, Niacinamide 50 mg, Vitamin B1 10 mg, Vitamin B6 3 mg and Zinc 61.8 mg.

Neuropathy in fingers and toes. It started about four years ago, as I had chemotherapy after my cancer operation. Since then I have tingling in my fingers and toes. Took mecobalamin for a long time, but the problem still persits.Really troublesome. Any remedy. Please advise.
