Norco 10/325 Shortage Jacksonville, Nov2014

I have chronic pain due to a plate in my arm and nerve damage. I have tried over 10 pharmacies in the last week and everyone says they've tried ordering it but its not coming. Has anyone had any luck? What are people , like me, supposed to do ?

I am in the same boat. I am just trying to find someone, anyone, who will give me something!!! I'm in NC and can't find s**t.

I'm very sorry that you are all having a problem finding your medication.

We are now into the time of year when there is usually a shortage of controlled substances due to mandatory manufacturing limits. Once a manufacturer reaches their allotted limit for the year, they cannot manufacture any new product, until after the new year.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Thus, the only advice I can really offer is to speak to your respective pharmacists to see what they do have in stock, then see if your doctor will prescribe that in the meantime.

Does anyone else have any suggestions or ideas to offer?

Im sorry thats not 100% true. There has been no shortage in Jacksonville Fl for the last 3 years. Something else is going on. Im not sure it will get better in December or January.
