Those can be normal side effects of this medication, as listed by the FDA. You may also experience dizziness, headache and increased urination.
Yes, they should improve, as your body gets used to the medication and eventually go away entirely, but it may take about 4 to 5 weeks.

Thank you for reply the tierdness did go but after 5 weeks my lightheaded symptoms returned ,so now on 5mg feeling tierd all over again low blood pressure too,will this go away,
