The number 1 over the counter item people can buy for their diet is a piece of fruit. I highly recommend it for anyone, overweight or not. It is cheaper than any pill and it can even become free if you grow it. There are numerous health benefits to consuming large portions of fruit as opposed to other carbohydrate sources and you will drop weight without much effort at all if it is your primary food of choice. My question is, why pay for something to harm your body when you can just make better food choices in the first place?
