I am taking nifedipine tab sr 24hr osmot. My feet and ankles are swelling.Is it a side effect from the medicine?

You should only take the dosage prescribed by your doctor, which is usually up to 120mgs a day.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
And yes, Annette, that could be due to the medication, but there may also be other reasons for such issues, so you should have this symptom checked out.
