Neurokind Plus

Can I take Neurokind plus on a regular basis. 1 tab daily as my right hand begins to shake while writing.When I consulted the doctor I was asked to take a test of D3 and B12. Both I am deficient. Hence Doc prescribed D3 tab 1/wk and Neurokind Plus 1/daily. Would like to know whether both the above supplements are safe to be taken on regular basis and whether it will solve my hand from shaking when writing/signing
