Need Help To Gain Weight Please Help!

Hello I'm 23 and have always been under weight its real hard to gain any weight, the most I have been is about 99 pounds now I'm at 81 I kno its not good for me but I need help to gain weight I've tried the shacks, snack bars etc nothing is WORKING NEED HELP LOL PLEASE.....

Hi, Jenn! How tall are you?

Do you take a multivitamin? That can sometimes be a simple solution if you're underweight due to a deficiency in one or more vital nutrients.

Have you consulted your doctor? They may need to do some checking to see if they can determine a cause.

However, there is also a possibility that you're just naturally meant to be this way and nothing will change it. I'd had an aunt like that, she was underweight her entire life, no matter what she did and in spite of having several children.
