Narcotic, How Long After Suboxone Taken

I broke my left hand yesterday & had stopped suboxone the day before. Paramedics treated me , but I won't go to ER because I was afraid I couldnt take narcotic. How long to I have to suffer before doctors can treat me?

It usually takes about 3 days, before other narcotics will work for you.
