His working for me at 300mg,my feet are burning and itching and feeling like electricity until I would cry and end up cutting my nails as short as possible now they don't burn,hurt since I've been taking it!

This is Naproxen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

Typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

The symptoms you've described sound like nerve damage. Are you diabetic or on any other medications?
