I have these pills that are capsules peach color on one side clear on the other, they say N Amphet salts on them. what is it?

Mixed Amphetamine sales are a stimulant, commonly used to treat ADHD and Narcolepsy, they are often referred to by their brand name Adderall.

Common side effects may include: nausea, headache, insomnia and irritability.

I just found this pill on my carpet at home I don't take pill beside a tylenol or advil I have older children in the home I'm confused

Your kids or someone are probably buying them at high school. That's basically a 30mg capsule of Adderall XR. They're probably using it to study or stay awake at school. Ask your kids about it. It'll come up in a basic drug panel if you make them take one.
