Mouth Swab For Methadone

I took a quarter piece of a methadone wafer, that would be considered 10 milligrams. I orally took it on Sunday and have a oral mouth swab test tomorrow which is Friday. What are my chances of passing? I did not have methadone in my system before taking this 1 10mg pill. It was first time I took methadone since about 2 months prior.
