Morphine 30 Mg Extended Release Tablets

I had no idea u could not break the pill in half and this is my first time taking it. I broke it in half and took it. I just now read how dangerous it is. I just came off my percocet yesterday and now take this. Is it common for it to be a huge problem or not real common. Im worried of overdose. So if i took 15 mg as i broke it in half going to be a huge problem? Ive been taking percocet and methadone for years and i high a high tolerance for opiates. How long would it take if something bad were going to happen?

That is correct, it is not safe to cut or break tablets that are time released, because that could cause you to get too much of the medication, at once.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Overdose signs to watch for include nausea, dizziness, severe somnolence, sedation and shallow breathing.

Hi, I had my last 20 of my 60 mg er stolen from my home and I take 60ms X2 a day I have to wait in order to get my refills and I'm worried about making it for 10 days without. Twenty minutes - a hour you would feel over sedated. Since you are not opioid naive you'll most likely tolerate better. The problem is people don't realize what's happening they go to bed and those drugs depress the respiratory drive and you stop breathing. Especially dangerous if one lives alone.
