Monocef Injection, Post Choledocal Cyst Case

My child has been operated for choledocal cyst six yrs back and now she is o.k but unfortunetly she has been detected typhoid. which medicine is suitable for her. her age is nine plus. dr has given her septran. shall we give her monocef injection or some other medicine. after six hours her temp raised 102 then we given her lotemp paracetomol after consuming lotemp her temp remains normal
